Welcome to Champion Tae Kwon Do!

Since 2003, Champion Tae Kwon Do has been providing instruction in Taekwondo and the martial arts in the Mukilteo, WA area. Champion Tae Kwon Do has proudly served the families of the Mukilteo area since 2003. It is our goal to create life champions of all ages through our world class Tae Kwon Do program and a hands on After School Program. Whether you are 5 years old or 50 years old, our staff will tailor a program that meets every students needs.

Announcements

-We will be open for class today Friday, January 20th. However there will be no after school program.
-The Belt Ceremony has been moved to Thursday, January 26th at 5:30p.m. Students who need to retest may do so immediately.

PROGRAMS

Adults

The adult program provides a mix of tough physical activity and mental training while providing a workout that is safe and possible for everyone. You will notice improvements in flexibility, speed, balance, and coordination. Tae Kwon Do is also a good method of rehabilitation and strengthening while providing a way to work out stress and tension

Children

Our children’s classes are designed to teach coordination, balance, and discipline. Children learn to follow directions effectively, concentrate, and focus on small or large tasks. Along with the physical aspect of Tae Kwon Do, there are significant mental gains as well. Perseverance, reasoning, and mental discipline are a few, and often result in improvements with behavior and school work.

After School

Champion combines the benefits of Tae Kwon Do and a learning center in this great program.

ZUMBA

If you are tired of the same old workout, then this is the party for you. Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. It's a fun and different way to receive the benefits of aerobics, interval training, muscular endurance building, and flexibility. The most fun you'll ever have getting fit. If you’re not sure if this is the workout for you, come and try one out.

Personal Training

We know how hard it is to get to the gym and workout alone. Sometimes you need that motivation or maybe just a friendly and knowledgeable person to help you along. Our certified personal trainers will fit that mold.

Fitness Boot Camp

Boot Camp… Sounds pretty intimidating but don’t let the name fool you. If you are looking for a great workout in a great atmosphere then this the program for you. We offer personalized sessions that are tailored to your fitness level.
