Fitness Boot Camp

Boot Camp… Sounds pretty intimidating but don’t let the name fool you. If you are looking for a great workout in a great atmosphere then this the program for you. We offer personalized sessions that are tailored to your fitness level.

Join in on a fitness boot camp, where you can enjoy the camaraderie of others without the military hype. You will receive up to 40 minutes of intense strength and endurance training with each class. The camp consists of 2 or 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks. No two classes are ever the same! We utilize body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, BOSUs and any other great 'toy' I can find to enhance the workout.

All camps have limited space available
Please call to reserve your place. Fitness Boot Camps are every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm (by appt), 4:30 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:00, and Saturday mornings at 9:00 If you have a couple friends who will join you-that would make it more fun. So grab a friend, spouse or neighbor and come sweat together!! New Clients: 50% off one month!

Can't make these times? Bring friends and start your own class! Customized camp times available, mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Minimum of 3 participants required for guaranteed class times. Corporate camps also available.

Body Camps for Brides are available
Sign up and look great for the wedding and honeymoon! This camp includes unlimited classes, nutritional guidance, 3 one-on-one consultations, plans for non-camp days, a grocery store shopping trip, and weekly email accountability for the bride-to-be. Get the whole wedding party involved and create a custom camp just for your wedding!
